Choose a newsletter

1. Use the left sidebar to navigate to Marketing > Emails.
2. Within the Marketing Email table, find the pre-built newsletter you want to send, click Edit.

Please note: If you do not yet see any of the pre-built newsletter emails in your table of marketing emails, please contact our support team to have the emails imported into your account.

Review the email content

The pre-built video emails are constructed using merge fields that will automatically insert your website and business information into the body of the email. This allows you to send the newsletters without requiring any editing of the email's content.

We recommend reviewing the video description text and the mission statement text to ensure that the wording is compliant with the marketing guidelines of your governing body.

Edit the email settings

1. Click Settings in the top navigation.
2. Enter your From name.
   • The From name is the "Sender's name" that recipients will see.
3. Enter your From Address.
   • To prevent your email from being flagged as spam, the From address must use the same domain as the sending sub-domain configured for your CRM account.
     • You can review your sending sub-domain by going to your CRM accounts' Settings > SMTP and MailGun Service.
     • Your From address will likely look something like the following: newsletter@replies.yourdomain.com
4. Review the Subject Line.
5. Enter Preview Text (optional).
6. Review Internal email name.
7. Click Save.

Send or schedule the email

1. In the Recipients section, select Contacts or a Smart List to be sent your email.
   • If you want to send your email to everyone in your CRM, click All contacts.
2. In the Sending options section, choose one of the following:
   • Send Now - Bulk sending will begin immediately
   • Schedule for later - Bulk sending will begin based on your selected date and time.
3. Click Review and send.
4. Confirm all details, click Send.
